Hi everybody!!!
At school we are studying Bernoulli's Law and had to think up of a homemade set of objects that could demonstrate this law.
I found a piece of pipe with perpendicular pipe on it and attached rubber tubes to each end. I stuck one end of one tube in a glass of water. I then blew into the end of the other tube and the water from the glass was sucked up into the pipe. WOW!!
This happened because as the air I blew passed through the pipe, it created low pressure at the cross point between the "t's" which caused fluid to move into the area because it is pulled to low pressure.
